The ALSET-300, Aviation Life Support Equipment Tester, is currently being developed for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. The ALSET-300 will be a battery tester capable of testing both Alkaline & Lithium batteries and will test the flash rate of the Distress Marker Strobe Light. The "ALSET" is also an OHM & Volt meter. It will also include the new NVG LBI Test Adapter capable of illuminating the Low Battery Indicator (LBI) Light and will test NVG Helmet Mount contacts.
